What is the 30 day Programme?
The 30 Day Programme is designed to act as a reset and to establish healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle. The aim is so you get more energy, manage weight, feel less bloated and feel good with clean, wholesome nutrition.
It helps you identify how to use food for fuel to optimise your body, how you look, and how you feel. It also helps you identify foods that do not serve you, while you focus on adding nutrient-dense, plant-based whole foods.
The programme includes recipes, meal plans, and you are guided through the entire process, receiving support and motivation when required.
You will be educated on how to use food as fuel, on gut health and learn about your own unique body.
What does holistic mean?
Holist is working with you as one whole being, the mind, the body, the soul and the skin.
How can I get rid of bloating?
Move your body daily, even if just walking for 15 minutes. Up your intake of fibre such as eating fresh vegetables, leafy greens, carrots, parsnips, cauliflower, asparagus and fresh fruit.
Try doing something you love every day and reduce or eliminate dairy, gluten and alcohol.
What can you help me improve?

I have tried calorie-counted-diets in the past, can you help me and how is your way different?
I will not recommend a restriction on your calorie count, instead, I will recommend reducing or eliminating certain foods. I will also look at your lifestyle, how you sleep, what exercise and movement you do daily and any mindfulness practices that are in place. Together, we will also look at the present habits you have.
I provide recipes that will flood your body with the nutrients it needs and work with you to find strategies that suit you to create a sustainable lifestyle.
I currently eat "diet" foods that say they are good for me. Are they not?
Can you help me lose weight?
I can help you achieve the weight that is right for you, for some people this may be losing weight but for others, it may be putting weight on. Weight is not the issue, it is feeding your body the proper nutrition it requires to work at its optimal level. The answer to the question above regarding bloating is just as relevant for this question. As you give your body the fuel it needs, your weight will settle into the appropriate level.
What can I expect from Gut Worx Programme?
The Gut Worx program is designed to help and support you to improve your overall health, understand the gut, how it works and the importance of nutrition. This consists of three elements which are:
1. State of Being – focuses on encompassing mindful practices and strategies to build a solid foundation for change.
2. Gut Worx – educating on understanding our bodily functions and how everything about our wellbeing is related to our gut health
3. Nourish You – understanding the importance of nourishing the body and how it fuels us for high performance. A nourishing plan is crafted to the individual specific to their needs highlighting the discovery of food choices, planning, cooking, accountability and more.
The teachings are through an online platform with a mixture of weekly 60 minutes 1:1 calls, videos and PDF worksheets.
Can you help me or others treat and improve Type 2 diabetes?
Yes, the answer is the same as the above question, it is reliant on you or the person following the recommended plan and embracing the changes needed.
Can you help me or others treat and improve Alzheimer's?
I can certainly work with you to help nourish the body and mind but cannot cure. Through diet, nutrition, and mindfulness practice, you can improve and strengthen the condition or symptoms. This is heavily dependent on you or the person following a recommended plan and being true to it, otherwise, results could vary.
