You will learn to identify food choices that do not serve you and those that fuel you for high performance alongside introducing mindfulness practices, movements, and exercises that suit your individual body.
The reset is designed to support your liver, kidneys, bladder and skin health alongside supporting and balancing the gut.
The aim is to work with you and help you recognise how your body communicates with you. This allows you to eat and drink more intuitively, to flood your body with the nutrients it needs to function optimally, which in turn helps you feel more confident in yourself whilst creating a sustainable and healthier lifestyle.
You become an expert of your unique self and have an understanding of the importance of resting and prioritising food, sleep and exercise for you to become the best version of you.

Gut Worx Programme
The Gut Worx program is designed to help and support you to improve your overall health, understand the gut, how it works and the importance of nutrition. This consists of three elements which are:
1. State of Being – focuses on encompassing mindful practices and strategies to build a solid foundation for change.
2. Gut Worx – educating on understanding our bodily functions and how everything about our wellbeing is related to our gut health
3. Nourish You – understanding the importance of nourishing the body and how it fuels us for high performance.
The teachings are through an online platform with a mixture of weekly 60 minutes 1:1 calls, videos and PDF worksheets.
